Overview

The 241/91 Express Connector is a planned direct connector project from the northbound 241 Toll Road to the eastbound 91 Express Lanes and from the westbound 91 Express Lanes to the southbound 241 Toll Road. Drivers using the Express Connector from the northbound 241 Toll Road to the eastbound 91 Express Lanes will be able to exit near the county line to access Corona destinations or continue on to Interstate 15 and Riverside County destinations. The 241/91 Express Connector new route choice will be part of The Toll Road network once completed, resulting in enhanced traffic operations and mobility  benefits.
